I decided a long time ago that I wanted to be a problem solver and to help those facing difficult and complex situations. This decision led me to where I am today. The most fascinating part of the legal profession is that no two situations are alike. I enjoy finding narrowly tailored solutions to unique situations and challenges.
I was born in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University in 2008, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Economics. I thereafter attended Capital University Law School and graduated in 2011 with a concentration in Children and Family Law.
I currently practice in the area of Estate Planning and Elder Law. I was first exposed to this area of law early in my law school career by attending the probate court and getting acclimated with the process of the Court (both trust administration and guardianship cases). My understanding of both types of probate opened my eyes to other planning mechanisms. Of all the practice areas to which I have been exposed in my young legal career, I find that assisting those who are looking forward to the future, both for themselves and their loved ones, is both challenging and satisfying.
