I dedicate my legal career to ensuring people have smooth real estate transactions and handle their real estate investments in a manner that is consistent with achieving their overall goals.
I am a graduate of John Carroll University, where I earned degrees in Business Management and Business Logistics. After working for Fox Sports Ohio in Cleveland for several years following my undergraduate schooling, I attended and graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. I have been a licensed Ohio attorney since 2006. I began my legal career working in private practice for six years in Columbus, Ohio focusing on real estate related legal areas, including zoning, developer representation, and condominium and homeowners’ association law.
In 2012, I transitioned my career to the title insurance industry and launched my own firm, Donofrio Law, LLC. I am a licensed Ohio Title Agent and business partner in Kingdom Title Solutions of Columbus, based in Grove City, Ohio, and Title Connect Agency, based in Dublin, Ohio. I concurrently maintain my law practice and am pleased to be Of Counsel with Resch, Root and Philipps, serving the real estate needs of clients.
Purchasing a home is often one of the largest investments people make in their lives, and my career allows me to help people through this process. I am fortunate to spend a considerable amount of time teaching real estate professionals in the areas of ethics, fair housing, and other real estate related legal issues.
